Open Team Activity - Sunday October 5, beginning at 12PM at Glenwood Rec Center in Greensboro.
This is an opportunity for ladies age 18 or more, who are curious about the sport and what it physically takes to become a player. Participants will be invited to participate in conditioning and football drills. These OTAs will occur regularly up until formal Try Outs, to allow potential players to truly assess whether or not they would like to play. It will also provide an opportunity for ladies to condition themselves for the Try Out and allow the coaches to get to know them. Please wear appropriate work out attire and bring plenty of water. If you have cleats, please wear them. If you do not have cleats, running shoes will do. No SHOX please, as they present a tripping hazard on the grass field.
